Web Ideia is a company specialised in technological infrastructure for businesses, operating in six main areas:

1. Systems and Networks: Responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers and operating systems, ensuring the correct operation of IT systems and the continuity of operations.

2. Virtualisation: Enables running multiple systems or applications on a single physical device, reducing hardware costs and optimising the use of technological resources.

3. Information Security: Ensures the protection of the company’s data against cyberattacks and accidental loss, through the implementation of appropriate security solutions.

4. Datacenter: Consists of storing data in secure and controlled environments, ensuring its continuous availability and protection in the event of failures.

5. Network Infrastructure: Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of networks (Wi-Fi and wired), ensuring a stable, fast, and efficient internet connection throughout the organisation.

6. Email and Collaboration: Provides tools that facilitate communication and collaborative work in real time, promoting productivity and remote work.

2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of all features of the Web Ideia website, applying to all users who interact with the platform, use its digital contact channels, or request the services provided by the company.

By accessing the website or using any available tool, the user declares that they have read, understood, and fully and unreservedly accepted these terms and conditions.

3. Use of the Website

The Web Ideia website is intended for the promotion of the services provided by the company and for providing contact and interaction tools with users.

All content on the website, including texts, images, design, logos, and the structure of the platform, is protected by the applicable legislation regarding copyright and intellectual property.

Whenever applicable, a commercial proposal or quotation will be presented to the client based on the information initially provided.

5.1. The quotations presented may be indicative whenever they are based on preliminary descriptions of the client’s needs, and may be adjusted after a more detailed technical analysis.

5.2. The execution of any service will only begin after express approval of the quotation by the client.

6. Payments

The payment terms applicable to each service will be defined in the commercial proposal or contract concluded between the parties.

6.1. Web Ideia may require full or partial advance payment of the service value, in particular in the form of a deposit or advance, as a condition for the start of the project.

6.2. Failure to comply with the payment terms may result in the temporary suspension or cancellation of the service until the situation is regularised.

7. Confidentiality

Web Ideia undertakes to treat as confidential all information, documents, or data provided by clients in the context of the analysis or execution of projects.

Likewise, the client undertakes not to disclose any technical, methodological, or commercial information related to the services provided by Web Ideia without the prior authorisation of the company.

8. Liability

Web Ideia undertakes to provide its services with diligence and professionalism, in accordance with the best practices of the information technology sector.

8.1. However, the company cannot be held liable for temporary interruptions of the website, internet failures, technical problems of third-party entities, or improper use of the solutions by the client.

9. Data Protection

Personal data collected through the website or in the context of the provision of services is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the applicable Portuguese legislation.

10.1. The data collected may include name, email address, telephone contact, and description of requests or projects.

10.2. This data will be used exclusively for contact management, analysis of requests, preparation of commercial proposals, and provision of contracted services.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

In the event of a consumer dispute, the client may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity under the legally established terms.

In the absence of an out-of-court resolution, the territorially competent Portuguese court shall have jurisdiction.
